What 24/7 actually means here
Plenty of vendors list an after-hours number. Cascade’s shop is open around the clock, which is a different thing: work that arrives at nine at night is in production that night, not queued for the morning shift.
That matters most in the two situations every litigator recognises. A filing deadline moves up, and a set that was due Friday is now due tomorrow. Or a production comes back from review with a numbering change, and the whole run has to go again.
What we can absorb on a given night depends on what is already running, which is why the first call matters more than the paperwork.
Getting a rush job right
Call first. A two-minute conversation about the deadline, the volume and the finishing usually changes what we recommend, and it is the difference between a set that arrives on time and one that arrives on time but wrong.
Tell us the hard deadline rather than a comfortable one. If the real cut-off is a 9:00 AM filing, we schedule backwards from 9:00 AM, including delivery time across downtown.
Send the specification with the job: numbering, prefix, tabs, binding, colour handling and how the sets are to be split. On a rush job there is no time to call back about a decision that could have been made at intake.
Rush pricing and turnaround
Rush work is quoted on volume, format and how much of the clock is left. Cascade quotes before the job runs, not after.
Call with the volume, the format and the deadline and you will get a straight answer about what it costs and whether it can be done — including whether it cannot, which is occasionally the useful answer.
Pickup and delivery across downtown can usually be arranged with the job, after hours included.
