Cascade is on 4th Avenue in the middle of the downtown Seattle legal district, near the King County Courthouse and the federal courthouse, and within walking distance of most downtown firms. Messengers deliver to us all day; call ahead for building access, parking or an after-hours drop-off and we will meet you.
