Information this site collects

This website collects information only when you send it to us. If you submit a work order request, we receive the name, company, email address, telephone number, project type, request type, deadline, rush indication and project description you enter on the form, along with the date and time of submission.

The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

Work order submissions are emailed to Cascade customer service so a member of our team can respond to your request. A copy of your submission is emailed back to the address you provided, as confirmation that we received it. We use the information to quote, schedule and run the project you asked about, and to contact you about it.

Documents and evidence

This website is not a document transfer system. Do not attach confidential documents or evidence to a website form or to ordinary email. If a project requires sending files, call 206.254.0444 and we will arrange a secure transfer method.

Cascade’s handling, retention and destruction procedures for client documents and evidence are separate from this website policy. Firms that need them in writing can request them at the number below.

Retention of website submissions

Work order submissions are delivered as email to Cascade and are retained in Cascade’s mail system. This website keeps no database of enquiries: once the email is sent, nothing about your submission remains on the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
